Problem connecting to Komga 1.4 via OPDS

### Steps to reproduce Follow the guide at https://komga.org/docs/guides/panels…. Notable difference: my server runs behind a reverse proxy, so traffic runs through HTTPS. ### Expected behavior I should be able to browse the catalog and stream a CBZ file. ### Actual behavior When attempting to browse the library beyond the initial overview, the app is unable to fetch the required data. Instead, a log message is generated with a PageNotFound error. That’s the exact same link as in the original post

This appears to be an issue with how Panels handles links in the OPDS feed that contain the entire domain, instead of just the path relative to the web root. It seems to attempt to use the entire link as a path, regardless of there being a host specified or not. (Given the request to the /opds/v1.2/https:/example.com/opds/v1.2/series path)
