Web Server Issue

Currently have an issue adding comics via the Web Server, it has an error that says (Not Found: Failed retrieving contents of “/”) when I first boot it up, and any attempt to upload a comic is met with (Internal Server Error: Failed uploading “Comic” to “/”)
