Hi,

I’m trying to use the app for the first time and I would like to create a panel account for syncing my progress between my device.
I tried to register my account by using an email and passwor (not apple or google) but I’m stuck on the verification email process.
I don’t receive anything. When I tried to resend a new one I have the error: An unexpected Error occured. Please try again.

I used the same email with the community here to create my account and no issue.

Can you help me somehow ?

Hi @RDM sorry this is happening.

First, can you make sure you are on the latest version? We updated how we deliver emails during signup flow. If you are not, make sure to update and try again.

I run into this issue over the weekend and fixed it. Please let us know if the issue was resolved
