I paid for the yearly version so I can read in landscape mode with filled one page screen aspect, however if I no longer connected to WiFi, the app resets to basic version, with my paid settings blocked off until I reconnect to wifi to upgrade again, to restore purchases. Very inconvenient when in transit, commuting on the subway.

The support identifier is in your profile section.
Also, if you use the “Email us” button inside the app, in Settings, it will include it automatically in the email.
