I have a M1 ipad pro and a iphone 17 pro max
I have the panels lifetime subscription. I did not sign in intially on either devices and was readign separatly. Now i have logged in using my apple account as well as linked a google account. For my apple account i used the option of hiding email address.
Now my reading progress etc is not syncing. My mangas are in different folders in both devices though. How should i go about this
Regardless of the email used or whether the email is visible or not, Panels accounts are unique and syncing only depend on the account id.
Double-check all your devices are logged in with the same account. You can see it in your profile in the app settings. If both of your user id match, that’s a bug in the app. Reach us at suppor@panels.app and send us your user id and support id. We will investigate what’s going on.
If they are different, you are using two different accounts and that’s why they are not syncing.
