Suggestion: Default to Vertical Scroll while in Slide Over window

It would be nice if we could set default viewing modes depending on window context.

For example, while Panels is open in Slide Over or 30/70 narrow Split View, allow an option to automatically switch into Vertical Scroll. This would much better use of screen real-estate and convenience for the user.
