Resetting to first page after changing device orientation

Hi,

Recently when I’ve been adjusting my iPad orientation to landscape on a page, it has been resetting back to the first page rather than staying on the page I’m on. It seems to only be doing this with the number of pages setting on automatic. This is still happening after a factory reset of the app.

We recently released a Testflight build that fixes this issue. Give it a try.
We aim to release the new version on the AppStore in the next couple of days.

Factory rest won’t do much for things like this. It only deletes the database.

Unfortunately the issue is still occurring for me even on the latest testflight build. I tried disabling “avoid device margins” as was suggested in the Discord server but that also didn’t fix the issue.

Is 3.4.6 (202408061153) the build you tried ?

Also, what reader configuration are you using? can you share a screenshot of the configuration or the name of the built-in preset?

Yes, it is that build.

And I’m using the “Standard” reader preset. The only settings I have changed is disabling the “Avoid device margins” setting as previously stated, and the default reading direction.

Issue is fixed on iPadOS 16 with 3.4.7 (202408131032).

We think it was an iOS 15/16 related issue. I’m glad it’s working fine now!
