Purchase restoration

I decided to try the macOS app, logged into my account, but my Panels+ subscription (purchased on my iPad) is not showing up, and attempts to restore the purchase are unsuccessful. What can I do to fix this?

UPD: After some time, subscription appeared.

For future reference: Purchases are tied to the Apple ID, not your Panels account. We want to extend the validation to Panels Accounts too, but we still have to add some infrastructure to link the purchase to your Panels account.

Until then, the only thing you have to make sure is your device is using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
