I’ve been using Panels over the past month or two to read comics shared from my Windows PC. I’ll copy CBR files from my Windows machine to my iPad and open them with Panels. After a period of time, I ran out of space. Even after deleting every single comic on my iPad, I still had no space. I ended up having to delete the app in order for my space to return, and then I had to download the app again, but I couldn’t proceed until I put in credit card info, even though I’m not buying any features. Is this just what one has to do to use your product? Is there no way to clear that cache?
We will look into this. Caches should be automatically deleted after some time.
Nonetheless, you can manually delete the caches from the app Settings (inside the app) > Manage Space > Delete Caches.

I get this is on the AppStore not inside Panels, right?
I have this same problem too. Using Komga on local network as library, streaming titles. Eventually I run out of space on my iPad and have to delete and reinstall panels.
The next version of Panels will include improvements to automatic OPDS cache cleanup.
