Hello, I have a strange problem. When I try to pay for a subscription I get an error that “Purchase cannot be completed” and directs me to the iTunes website. This error is only here, in other apps everything is fine, and there is no solution on their site. No one has encountered something like this?
That error message is from the App Store directly, not Panels. So, something must be off with your account + Panels.
Have you contacted Apple’s customer support? Since that error occurs on Apple’s end, there’s not much we can do about it. Developers don’t have access to purchases or Apple accounts.
There is no suitable solution on the support site (And those that are available have already been tried and solved the problem). In my country it is difficult to contact the support service directly, on the hotline all they can do is refer to a site with ready-made solutions. We can’t decide on the accepted payment methods. Payments and purchase processing happen entirely on Apple’s side. I’m surprised the customer support is unable to give you a reason why the purchase cannot be completed
In the future, we may implement a way to purchase the app and subscribe outside the App Store, but currently, we can’t assist with this matter.
