I just started a year subscription plan. It suppose to open up more ways for import but I still cannot import by folder but only individual files then reassemble them in app with collection function.
Plus I think I import same file twice but since I cannot access the library in iPad files so I have no way to view the dupes and hence remove them.

We don’t have support for importing folders because folders can contain an undetermined number of nested folders. You could be selecting more content than you initially thought by accident.
But you can open a folder and select all the files to import them in one batch.
Panels looks for duplicates and discards new files that were previously downloaded so they don’t get duplicated.

We are working on this and future versions will open the files container so you have full control of your files.
