Basically, I’d like to know before getting onto an airplane or somewhere else without data, which titles in OPDS libraries I’ve cached without having to go through all the folders and see what I have downloaded from each series.

We want to improve the Storage section in settings. That would probably be a good place to show everything you have downloaded.
I’m not sure when we will be able to do that, but I’ve tracked your feedback already. We will take it into account when we start working on that.

I too would like to see this. I can copy to my iPad but then read status doesn’t seem to sync to komga. But if I download and read offline it syncs when I am back online. But I can’t remember what I downloaded… lol
The next version of Panels will include this feature.
