Did iPadOS 26 break Airdrop

I bought a new M5 iPad Pro, and am transfering a large comics collection from my M2 iPad Pro. Or at least I’m trying to. AirDrop will start, and I’ll see the AirDrop transfer work on both sides, but after the transfer is done…nothing. And I have Panels installed on both iPads. Any idea if I’m doing anything wrong?

Thanks. I appreciate it. I’ve got a large collection (700+GB) on this iPad, and I’m using iMazing and my Mac to copy the files now, and boy it’s slow.
