“___ could not be copied because not enough space is available”

Hi!

I’ve been using Panels for a few days now and I love it, however recently I’m no longer able to add collections to it via iTunes. When I try, iTunes tells me that I don’t have enough space to upload the files in question, even though the files that I’m trying to upload are significantly smaller than the amount of space iTunes says I have available (for example, I’ll try to upload a collection that’s 4gb, and iTunes will tell me that it can’t upload it because there’s not enough space on my phone, while also saying that I have 50gb of space available). Is there a fix for this?

We haven’t seen this error before. Could you try another import method like airdrop? If you can’t (because you are on a windows PC), you could try to send the files to any folder in Apple’s Files app, then open the Files app in your phone and move them (paste them) to “On My iPhone → Panels” folder? Next time you open Panels app it will reindex the library and your files should appear.
Let us know if you find any workaround so we can investigate further
