I’ve submitted this info to the devs, but I’m curious if anyone is having the same issue that I am. Since updating to iPadOS 27, CBR and CBZ files that are in my iCloud Downloads folder, when tapping the option to download locally, are unzipped to a folder in the same directory. The folder contains all of the comic files’ images and has the same name as the file. After that exists, I can copy the file over to my Panels library folder. Downloading the files locally from the cloud doesn’t “unzip” the when Panels isn’t installed. Weird issue.
We found a fix for it. It will be available in the next version. Thanks for reporting it
