This is really weird. It works on my iPhone and we get emails from users all the time :thinking:

Is there any chance you had uninstalled the official Mail.app? If that is the case, what email clients are you using? Maybe we can implement a fallback when the Mail app is not present.

That must be it. I have uninstalled that app and use the gmail app.
