So, I tried to use a custom images for folders on the iPad app, they are blurry. It looks like app is downscaling them. I tried 1800px height images, then 3600px height, the same result each time. In Photos/Files apps images are super sharp, when applied in Panels as covers they are super blurry.

Thanks for letting us know. Some users reported that issue a few days ago in our discord and we got it fixed, it will be available in the next release.
Unfortunately, they are being saved in low resolution, so you will have to manually remove and set the images again.
